Yesterday Krasnogvardeysky district court considered an application of Mr. A.Anikin addressed to KGIOP in an open court session.
According to Fontanka, Mr. Anikin disputed actions taken by the committee for protection of monuments (KGIOP) related to revision of boundaries of Nienschanz fortress. According to Mr. Anikin, these actions were illegal however the court refused Mr. Anikin to meet the alleged requirements. So the court of primary jurisdiction confirmed the legitimacy of the actions taken by KGIOP related to the revision of the boundaries.
