Speaking about Petersburg as a European city, a European capital, then the City on the bank of the river including a tower landmark is of good taste and good tradition. There are a lot of examples of such towers in Europe and in no way they disharmonize the historic heritage. I assume that new things are to be introduced in an old city. And Petersburg is to maintain Peter’s traditions and create what has not been ever before.
