Okhta Center is an innovative project of Gazprom Group and the Government of Saint Petersburg on the redevelopment of an industrial area and creation of a new urban area comprising both business center and public facilities. The area of the future development is over 70 hectares. The main element of Okhta Center architectural concept is a high rise building which will be a landmark of a new modern area.
