GlavGosExpertisa of Russia issued a conclusion on the results of the engineering investigations at Okhta Center site located at the address 2 / Lit K Krasnogvardeyskaya square. The results of the investigations confirm that at this site it is feasible to design and build a high rise building with a developed substructure and a large load on soils.

Engineering and geological researched and topographic works

The study of geological factors is the most necessary part of construction preparation. The 10 April 2007 the preliminary resumes of the soil examination in Krasnogvardeiskiy district allocated for Okhta center construction are being resumed.Read more

Scientific explanation

The given geologic examination were analyzed by the independent institutes working under the questions of geotechnique. These are Georeconstruction-fundament project SDPC, MSIM, Business projects organization with HPPM, NIISF RAASN. The scientific researches are being made by these organizations on geotechnique explanation of the soil capability at the construction of Okhta center. During the researches works we didn't see the factors preventing the projecting and high attitude construction.Read more
